It confirms whether the product is suitable for human health. This certificate is required by the Ministry of Health and Social Development for the manufacture or import of products that comply with the hygiene regulations and hygiene standards of the Customs Union (Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan – valid in the entire territory of this union). It is obtained indefinitely through the Ministry. The period of obtaining the document is between 2/3 months.

EAC/ SGR Hygiene Certificate: the list of products to be obtained is as follows;

Mineral water, bottled drinking water, soft drinks, alcoholic beverages – including low-alcohol and tonic drinks;

Baby food, food for pregnant and lactating women, diet products, sports nutrition, biologically active food additives, special foods, including organic products and supplements;

Food additive complexes (plant extracts, flavors, etc.);

Products produced using genetically modified organisms;

Cosmetics, oral hygiene products;

Household cleaning products;

Disinfectants, rodent extermination resources;

Potentially hazardous chemical and biological agents;

Materials, equipment, devices and other technical products for the treatment of water intended for use in drinking water networks;

Products intended for contact with food (excluding cutlery, tableware, production equipment);

Personal hygiene products for children and adults, children’s clothing and products used in feeding and care.

Russian Vehicle Type Approval Certificate is a procedure that proves that vehicles and devices and parts used and installed in vehicles comply with environmental safety requirements within the framework of mandatory vehicle certification in the Russian Federation. If vehicles and devices and parts used and installed in vehicles comply with the required standards, Vehicle Type Approval Certificate (Odobreniye Tipa Transportnogo Sredstva) can be obtained. GOST-R Certification can also be made if requested together with the Vehicle Type Approval Certificate.

This logo or mark, which is simply written side by side with the letters E, A and C, is designed for products that must have the EAC mark. It is designed in two ways for visibility: white text on a black background and black text on a white background.

This mark cannot be smaller than 5 mm on the product and must be designed in a way that cannot be erased and must be easily seen with the naked eye on the product.

The “EAC Customs Union Declaration”, prepared similarly to the EAC Certificate, is recorded in the same database and is issued for certain product groups specified in the legal schedules. In particular, industrial products falling within the scope of the ТR СU 010/2011 Machinery and Equipment Safety are within the scope of the Customs Union Declaration.

This certificate can be issued for a certain number of products, on a batch basis or on a 1, 3, 5-year mass production basis.

Sample testing and a visit to the factory where production is carried out are not required for the EAC Customs Union Certification. In addition, there is no Annual Review during the certification period.

All documents issued are recorded in the Customs Union database, as in the certificates, and the existence and content of the declarations can be examined by everyone at all customs.

  The documents required to obtain the Russia Ex-proof Explosion-Free Certificate are as follows:

  -Manufacturer information

  -Power of Attorney to the organization that will carry out the transaction by the manufacturer.

  -Technical information about the product

  -Product user manual, product passport.

  -Technical drawings, diagrams of the product.

Kyrgyzstan and Armenia joined the Eurasian Economic Community, which was established in 2010 under the leadership of Russia, Kazakhstan and Belarus, in 2015.
