The “EAC Customs Union Declaration”, prepared similarly to the EAC Certificate, is recorded in the same database and is issued for certain product groups specified in the legal schedules. In particular, industrial products falling within the scope of the ТR СU 010/2011 Machinery and Equipment Safety are within the scope of the Customs Union Declaration.

This certificate can be issued for a certain number of products, on a batch basis or on a 1, 3, 5-year mass production basis.

Sample testing and a visit to the factory where production is carried out are not required for the EAC Customs Union Certification. In addition, there is no Annual Review during the certification period.

All documents issued are recorded in the Customs Union database, as in the certificates, and the existence and content of the declarations can be examined by everyone at all customs.
